We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your RemindZap account.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including reminders, groups, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Every reminder you've created, including recurring ones
You'll be removed from all groups you're part of
All messages you've sent in groups
Custom colors, themes, and notification settings
All your journal entries and memories
You can delete your account directly from the RemindZap app:
Open RemindZap and tap on the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner.
Scroll down and tap on "Account" or "Profile" section.
Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your decision when prompted.
If you can't access the app or are having trouble deleting your account, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

After deleting your account, you can always create a new account by downloading RemindZap again and signing in. However, your previous data cannot be recovered.
